The Ingredients

  • 8 slices of white bread, crusts removed
  • 1 pound of breakfast sausage
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Note that this recipe will serve 4 people, but if you need to feed more or fewer people, you can easily adjust the quantities of the ingredients accordingly. For example, to serve 8 people, you would simply double all of the ingredients.

The Directions
